Hi,
I had a few questions, so I called VFS and they asked me to email mumbai consulate at mumbaiiv@state.gov, every time I send an email I get this message. Basically this email is a filter and at the end I say to sent the email again as per instructions "If you are unable to find the information you need on our website, please resubmit your request using the phrase "Request for Specific Information" in the subject line of your e-mail. We will respond to your
inquiry as quickly as possible."
However, when i sent it with subject line "Request for Specific Information" and Request for Specific Information with out quotes, i still get this same silly auto reply, so i do not know if they received. This is second time in a few weeks where I have emailed and no reply so I am wondering if its me or its a bug.
