Hello, somebody just told me that it costs $350 to sent a registered letter from Russia to USA. Is this possible or is this a big lie ?

You would be best to post this on the Russian forum to get people that are really knowledgeable about the costs.

Then i sent some stuff from Ufa, Russia to the States, it cost me only couple hundret rubbles!

That's too much even for DHL.

The prices should be much cheaper, but service is what you pay for.
