I use wipes, becuase paper leaves a lot of stuff behind.
However, I also use paper becuase the wipes ummmm.. leave an unpleasant wetness. The paper usually absorbs that.

fold. actually i need 3 wipes to finish the job. so, 3 sets. 1st set beign thicker. heavy job up front.

Using water and hands to clean your a$$ is common in many parts of the world. Usually, the left hand is used to clean and the right hand is used to handle money and food.
Thankfully, in this day and age, what with all the amazing products available at your local Wal Mart, hands can be cleaned till they're good as new
TP then water then more TP. Alternatively..TP, baby wipe thingy, TP.

With a bidet there is no need to use your hand....
Is it less disgusting to wipe and walk around with dried poop on your bottom all day?
Another question... if you were walking barefoot outside and stepped in dog poo would you wipe it off with a dry paper OR would you clean it off with water (as the bare minimum---hopefully with soap)?
Crumple all the way....folding is way too thin and seems way too risky you might accidentally get something on your hand or something might soak thru
