What should i take on my medical exam?
Full Version: Vaccination for Medical Exam
1. Previous vaccination records
2. Any previous medicals records (if you have)
3. 1 passport size photo for submitting at Lab
4. 2 visa type photos
5. Orginal passport
6. Orginal Interview letter

what vaccination i required?
what if i do have medical history(surgery) but dont have record(documentation)
On seeing your child hood vaccination record, the physician will determine which all vaccinations you should be given as per ur age and other factors.
You can tell your medical history when they ask; if you have a record its good, otherwise also itz fine.

That means i will be ok if dont have any record(document) he will determine and let me know rite?
