In Dec 07 I sent my complete I-130 package including the notorized I-134 AOS form including tax returns, and all financials. I just paid my AOS bill online and they did not instruct me to fill out the new I-864 forms so AI just sent in the barcode sheet. It says on the web site not to take any action unless instructed to do so as to not delay processing so I was afraid to just fill one out on my own. Do you think they will/have accepted the old form? Has this happened to any of you Dec fillers? also Hubby emailed his letter to choose me as his agent.....does he also have to fill out sign and mail a hard copy of that form as well?

I still haven't heard anything further from NVC about it either. I am left to assume I guess and I hate to assume. It's just that I read that everyone is sending theyre I-864 doc's right after paying or while paying theyre aos bill, and although I did pay my aos bill online (like everyone else) the web site did not tell me to send in the I-864 document. Also I got my hard copy AOS bill in the mail and it says "do not send any I864 forms now" Sending the I-864 form will cause delays processing your case.
Did anyone else get this??????? Or is it just me

We also sent our finance paperwork with the I-130 .... but will also be sending the I-864ez too once the bill has been paid, as knowing USCIS they probably lost it or threw it away due to being excess paperwork
