ANyone her could help us on how to have a sponsor? Which is really the right form to use? I-134 or I-186? Is his mom or dad can be a sponsor?

i was told you would need to fill out I-134 for a K1 and
that the i-186 was used only if it was a k-3 visa
Yes, his parents can be sponsors.... they too would have to fill out an I-134

So all we need to do is to let his mom fill out the I-186 form and be notarized alos my husband need to fiil it out? Do we need the ITR and otehr supporting documents of rthe sponsor too?
