I had my N-400 interview based on marriage 2 months ago. I passed English and civics exams. Yet IO couldn't make a decision because she did not receive my "A" file from TSC. I made an info pass a couple of weeks ago and talked to INS agent. Basically, all she did was to notify TSC to send my "A" to the local USCIS office. Meanwhile, the form I received from the interviewer ( I think it's N-625 or something...!!) says that USCIS must make a decision within 120 days or I can file a case in the district court against the IO and request the reason behind all these delays. Moreover, I sent an email to my senator a week ago and I haven't heard from them yet. I'm also planning on involving an Immigration attorney if it's not too late for that...
Does anybody have any idea about filing a case in the district court in case they don't make a decision for my N-400 within 120 days? and does anybody know a thread to an immigration attorney?
You help is appreciated.
Thank you,
