And IN Caliornia is aproving within 1 month...I hope They Can speed things as soon as possible .Its Hard to keep us apart......

oh yeah, any updates or touches.. we did hier lawyers a lolly and homless, and 2 days ago they todl us vermont center dont look at K3 visa,,they cant do taht now with us.ist unfair.
we paid 1800$ for lawyers to speed things .but nothing

Well let see, we mail it gets returned and now we get the unlucky to be sent to vermont the slower of the two offices
and guess what we still haven't got our hard copy of the NOA1 it is lost in the mail.

Lawyers cannot do anything to speed things up. Delay things perhaps. We have a lawyer too and he is getting into my nerves. If I have a choice then I would rather do it my own than wasting money with a lawyer.

Same here - there is a case in MENA where a lawyer actually messed up a CR-1 case and it caused months delay because the petitioner had to re-file... My boss' son is an immi lawyer and he actually says I shouldn't hire a lawyer!!!

that's just sad i mean you haven't been with ur husband for 2yrs n 6mos more...I'm worried too..VCS is making this so unfair..i mean i filed my I-130 for my husband but still no notice of action, file last year Sept2007...This is really unfair....
