Hi,
I'm thinking you have the NOA2 already.
Just call USEM and ask for interview schedule, if they give you choices of dates that means they received already the petition forwarded by NVC, or you can call NVC to inquire about your case.
Shape
You can call the NVC to find out when they sent them and the embassy to find out when they arrived.
