Do we have to apply at two different places to get two separate PCC's - the passport office and the CID offices in Crawford Market or is there one place where we can apply for both? How long do they usually take to get? Passport is older than 6 months. Anyone with experience in Mumbai, please let me know.

you need to get from both places, apply to passport office first and then goto SSP office of the district and apply there.
if everything goes well then you will get your both in few days.

You can get from the passport office within 8 working days, you can look upto my previous posts i Have mentioned the whole procedure and expereince and also you have to apply to the commissioner's office which comes under your jurisdiction.

PCC are to be in English only and not Hindi or Marathi.
