My Fiance has answered question 11 as below.I just checked on Visa Journey that it is tackled differently.Can you please let me know if this is fine,or if he should send a fresh I134.

Answer :

I will bear all responsibilities related to her safety and well being,including financial responsibilities such as (but not limited to) airfare to and fro
from the UnitedStates,travel expenses in the US,living expenses and food.

On Visajourney the answer is - k1 permanent residence!!

Do I need a fresh I 134?

In VJ sample, he didn't chose either "intend" or "do not intend" so he put N/A (k1 permanent residence). In your case your fiance chose "intend" so he put an explanation below. I don't think you need a fresh I -134.

My Fiance anyway is sending a fresh i134.
But I need to submit the docs to the VFS this monday itself.
So can i submit the olf i134,and take the new i134 to the interview?

I don't think that is necessary. I mean you don't have to submit I134 to VFS if you aren't done with it. You can submit it at the time of interview.
