Hey, I just got my driving license in the mail today and its only valid for 3 months or until my I-94 is valid. Once my license expires do I have to go through the written and driving test again? Btw dealing with d.m.v was a night mare. I already purchased a car and paid for the insurance (6 months in advance) I also sent in the A.o.s packet for k.1 but havent heard any thing from the USCIS yet. They haven't even cleared the check.
Once my I-94 expires what other proof can I give them to renew my license? I am assuming it will be a work permit or perhaps a green card but I don't know when I will get that
Did any body go through the same Dilema? Does D.M.V always issues driving licenses valid until the expiration of I-94? I am freaking out, I really need my license to go around town and specially go to school? Please help.
