There seems to be confusing information on the US Consulate Website in Germany. On one part of the site it says that the medical should be no later than six months from the scheduled departue to the US and no earlier than six weeks from the scheduled departure to the US.

Does this mean that she cant leave Germany for six weeks after her medical?

I thought some people had the medical and the visa interview the same day...

Not sure about Germany, but the website for the UK has flawed information (website says one thing, policy at embassy is something else)...

Some people do have the medical and interview on the same day. I am assuming that they give the 6 week time frame for the issuance of the medical results and maybe to complete a vaccination series.

She can travel after she has done the medical.
