Soon as I read congrats and Hannah+Vito I jumped to the previous page thinking they were approved.
Damn you!
I GUARANTEE Hannah will let everyone know when she gets that approval. She, like alot of us, will be shouting it from the rooftops!

my ears are burning!!!!
did anyone see the noa1 on that may filer the 13th?
and yes you will all hear about it as soon as Vito tells me.

I'm glad for them, and hope that bodes well for the rest of us. Its so strange how someone from behind us in line gets theirs first.

I really feel the way this process is run is wrong, but since when did my gov care what I think anyhow? Hopefully I'll be done with this process soon, and wont care anymore!

I think I will put in a complaint with my Senator though.

Ido wonder if it might be wrong since the mailed-date noa1 is so far apart

I think it's probably the way they put it back into the queue and separate them into stacks, as well as the pace they're being worked.
Seems rather random and inefficient. There may also be a special cause for that NOA2 as well so I'll start going ape when more than just one May filer gets approved.

Hopefully Friday is the day, or some notification by the weekend's conclusion. Next week or the week after I'm sure we'll see May filers approved.
My birthday's on the 17th, and hopefully that will come with an NOA2 (although extremely unlikely).

SRVT you are a life saver.. i completly forgot that Brad celebrates his birthday on the 15th of oct because of this NOA2 and getting back into work mode stress.. i have to pick up gifts for him and send it over.. if everyone is wondering why so early then FYI - Packages sent from the india post office to the california post office takes about 27 days and another 5-10 days if it gets stuck at the customs office..
Just so that he gets his birthday package on time i will have to send it by tuesday next week..
could you guys help me by suggesting what you would give your fiance or if your the fiancee then what would you like to recieve on your birthday..
here is a little about him : he is a professional designer of clothes, jewellary, shoes, books, bags, company logo's and the list goes on.. he is into fantasy and loves reading and watching anything related to fantasy...
Last birthday : i gave him sent him some yum plum cake, books about india with illustrations, a ring with his and my name carved on it [ this was apart from the engagement ring] all indian notes starting from 1 rupee till 1000 rupees, new pair of pants and 2 indian kurta's [ picture attached ]

Hi May filers. I'm glad someone from May got approved already... I was also thinking their cheque was cashed May 13 and it was not NOA1 based on the post they made prior the NOA2 post. So hang in there May filer... We got noa1 April 29, you guys are lucky if you get yours earlier than mine but of course I will be very happy for you...

Seriously, maybe a vacation from Igor's list, VJ and USCIS. That's what I'm thinking. I got in a bad mood when I clicked on "Immigration timelines" and it said the ones being processed (according to timelines) is April 25. Yesterday it was April 15.....(Wow, I do have OCD

its just hit me about the security checks and name check.

all my life i have put the hyphen in my surname, but many official documents i have like my birthcertificate and my passport dont have it they have my surname as it should be but not got the - in it. i put the - in my name like i always have cos i was taught it as a child. though apprently now my dad says the correct way is without the - .do you think that would be a problem. oh god what they havn't cleared my name yet?

i was so confident i would instantly cos its a unique name and unless i'm closely related to tham or someone nicked it. there shouldn't be anyone else with that surname.
