Gosh John exaggerates, I may look at every shoe store but the time I take would be less than 5mins per store unless I find something I like. And considering my love of shoes I do not have that many pairs.

Also John forgets to mention I am in fact royalty in the house of Bargain shopping. I rest my case.

yeh it was a bit blah wasn't it, but i read someone this week say they told her on the phone they were approved but it hadn't updated on the website and she wasn't sure to believe them. perhaps their system is messing up again and those and lots dont know they are approved this week till they get it in the mail. well thats a much nicer thought than them not getting it.

It was a slower week it seemed, but I'm sure it happens from time to time...I'm very excited to be joining those under 200 in the near future.

Here's to next week getting back on a speedy track!

it seems a lot of peeps of csc who are lucky enough to not be kept waiting longer than everyone else, are getting approved between 4 and 5 months thats 120 and 150 days you wouldn't believe how often i check our ticker on the bottom of our siggy.

It's been a tough time for us as well. Chris is so busy at work, I'm so busy, the time difference makes it nearly impossible to talk, and storms in Missouri are messing up the phone lines so text messages don't seem to be going through. Just not been a fun time and really wishing the separation would end. We're at 228 today. I only started checking recently and know we were at 270-something just a while back so I'm glad we're moving up the list. Priority right now, though, is to stay connected and find the time to talk and laugh.

Well at 218 now...a bit of a bump over the weekend...I see a few updates on Igor's which is always a good thing.

I understand what you're saying about it all...Sarah and I have had a tough time the past couple of weeks...we have 35 days until she's here for her visit for a month, and we're trying to focus on that for now...I know once she goes back at the end of September she's going to be in a whirlwind with preparing for the interview, medical, and packing on top of that...oh the packing...this will be interesting. Since she lives at home we don't have to worry about furniture, or things like that, but she has to sort out what she's bringing....clothes, dvds, books (oh god the books...), etc. Then trying to find a shipping company...oiy.

So yes. Focusing on September for now

not looking forward to the packing and the shipping, i have to work out how to get my computer over and alter it for the usa

luckily Sarah has a laptop, so we just need to buy a converter for her power cord...or see about getting a US power cord for her model of laptop.

Truthfully, it's probably not that much stuff...

and Hannah, it should be easy to convert your computer - i believe all that needs done is replacing the power supply...or buy a converter

hey all...Andrew and his parents get here TOMORROW to stay for 2 weeks...wohoo

Only thing is, andrew was gunna meet his parents at cinicnati after gettin a connecting flight from Salt lake only to find today that his flight has been cancelled!! Hes now having to go to LA on flight and then get a plane to Heathrow while his parents have to go it alone (1st trip abroad) and land in gatwick. They land at 9am and andrew lands at 2pm!! And i live in the middle of nowhere in cornwall and cant drive so by time i get on splendid public transport, i will be there late afternoon...
Andrews parents are gunna sort out rental car and then wait for andrew to transfer on train from heatrow to gatwick...and then drive to me

i feel so bad but its completley outta my control and cant do anything... ill just have to make sure i call them to see if thyre ok and wait fro their arrival!!! CANT WAIT! Im sure theyll be goin straight to bed though

Greece is having a lot of major issues with power outages and people stealing internet connections (which doesn't seem to be out of the norm in residential areas). I was going to try to get Betty to answer them online with this account but will ask her them when I tell her goodnight.

I'm going to Greece this Christmas, so for me to answer that it would need to wait another 5 months and a few days.

I just read glo and coles noa2 thread, just over 3 months thats amazing, its also making me antsy cos they were rfed after just over 50 something days of filling and we had to be touched, for a name update at just over 60 something days, do you think if they have to touch you they then alocate you to an officer or do you think they actually allocate everyone at around about this time? either way i'm bouncing up and down cos its looking like the possiblity of having noa2 before Vito visits a little more possible congradulations glo and cole!!

Hi Hanna thanks for asking, I see you and Vito will have some time together in about 56 or 57 days I think thats great
Geraldyn and I are doing great, and being apart even though it sucks is defiantly making our relationship stronger Although not being there with and for Geraldyn during the pregnancy is very hard We text or talk every morning and night...even shop online together Right now our big subject is baby names,it may be a little early but we want something unique,and different which makes it a little hard to find names we both like or agree on. But it may get a little easier because on the 9th Geraldyn has her next visit with her OBGYN and we are hoping to find out if the baby will be a girl or a boy . We all know that with the speedy approvals and also the VJ'res that have been here a while that it is imposable to make defiant plans around the Visa So for now we watch...listen and read all that we can about this journey we are all taking. One thing that I am planning on...is to be by Geraldyns side when OUR baby is born on December 13th, give or take a few...whether it is here in the US or there in the Philippines
