Cecile and Bryan
Hello everybody
We received NOA2 for our K1 visa a few days ago and my US fiance has started gathering everything he has to send me for the next steps. We have most of the information we need (thanks to the guides and everyone here), but I'd like to make sure we're not forgetting anything.

Here is our checklist.

financial information:
- I-134, notarized and signed
- copies of last 3 pay stubs (at least)
- last 3 years tax transcripts that he requested from IRS
- letter from current employer

other documents:
- copies of NOA1 and NOA2
- new intent of marrying letter
- copy of package I-129F

new proofs:
- the letters that I have sent to him since January
- detailed phone bills (he sent me a few text messages)

1) Am I missing anything?

2) Do we need a letter from his bank stating how much money he put on his account the past year? He makes above 125% of the federal poverty line for a household of 2, so we won't talk about assets in the I-134 form. Only his salary. I read that the letter from the bank is only if we include assets, but I'd like to make sure.

3) In the I-129F package, he sent a copy of his birth certificate and of his passport. Do I need to have the originals with me at the interview?

4) For the old proofs included with previous package (photos, copies of boarding passes, ...): do I need the originals?

5) For the new proofs of relationship: do they have to be the originals or photocopies?

You have everything you need. You do not need a bank statement as he is over the 125% poverty line. The only original you might need from the USC is the divorce decree (if applicable). It doesn;t matter if you take copies or originals of letters - take a few - don't go overboard and carry a suitcase full! Good Luck

Thank you. No divorce decree since neither of us was previously married.
I think I'll take the original letters of what he sent me, and copies of the letters I sent him.
