My questions is if you hear RFE on nvc automated system and confirmed the required papers and informations from operator.

Do we need to generate a coversheet with barcode?

or

just need to provide them ceverletter with content you are providing.

Not sure of cover letter but one thing I can say is wait for the mail asking for that RFE and follow instructions carefully. It is there stated on what you are going to do!!!

Did the operator tell you what specific docs or missing info. to be sent as your RFE?

Not so sure, but I think you only need is a coverletter with the NVC case number, petitioner and beneficiary's name and date of birth and on the subject is the document they required.
