ok i took fiance pictures a little too fast. i did not think; i was just so happy. but i need to mention that i was awaiting my divorce papers while in morocco.I had a problem with my stupid lawyer.i did get my divorce papers once i went back into the usa though.yes i dropped the stupid lawyer.Do you think the embassy will tell me no for visa just for this fiance pictures taken before divorce papers finished.but you know i am in morocco at the moment should i just take new pictures for fiance to show fiance after the date of divorce finished.lol; sorry its a long story; yes i was seperated for close to a year before i finished my divorce.

In my opinion, when the photos were taken does not make a difference, seperation here in the states is a 1 year process, what happens in that 1 year is between the couple, it is very common to see other people in that 1 year process because the couple knows they will be divorced after that time. If you filed for the K1 while still married though that is a problem. Only my opinion but I hope someone will give you a more official response.

Pictures from before divorce is not an issue, they could have been taken before divorce is final, the pictures are secondary evidence of having met in person within 2 years before filing the I-129F.

What is an issue is if the I-129F is filed before a divorce is final, the couple needs to be free to marry BEFORE filing I-129F

Also, neither USCIS or the Consulate is going to know you took "engagement pictures" unless you tell/show them. Engagement pictures are not required. Evidence of meeting within the past two years is the requirement and that is best done with passport stamps and boarding passes, not pictures.

It isn't even a year in some states, 000! It is only 6 months in PA.
