Full Version: Approval email duplicates
Ok so I open my email this morning and see an update on my case status. I'm thinking YAY we're being sent to NVC. I open it, and it's three more approval notices. Same exact notices I got last wednesday. Has this happened to anyone else?
The email notification system is less than perfect. Notices get lost. Notices never show up. And sometimes, notices are repeated. Perhaps most alarmingly, sometimes the notices change but the changes are wrong

AHAHAA omg strange. I just checked my email again...cause ya know..I'm pathetic. and they're GONE. they aren't in my junk mail box (which is where all my garbage goes for 3 days) not in my inbox...nothing. But I SWEAR they were there this morning. How very interesting.

On Thursday I received 5 approval notices in my e-mail!

yes, it happened to me. but our case didnt received from nvc
it is almost 3 weeks since we gout our approval notice from uscis. my fiance called the nvc and the operator said that they didnt recieve it yet and as soon as they get, they will send us within 90 days can you believe it? it is more than nebraska. i think nebraska was good but nvc is not. i dont know what am i foing to do except waiting. our lawyer will prepare our papers for the next step. how will i know whether they receive. i think they will frowrod my case to my country but we wont know that. that is my situation for now.

Did you get a notice saying that they shipped your case to NVC yet? I got one saying it was approved May 3, then another about a week later saying it had been SENT to NVC May 9. So I'll be calling wednesday.

Did you get a notice saying that they shipped your case to NVC yet? I got one saying it was approved May 3, then another about a week later saying it had been SENT to NVC May 9. So I'll be calling wednesday.
Yes, I did. And my fiance called them today again and they recevied our case FINALLY. It was almost 10 days since the approval i get. I was wondering what is going on there. Because when my fiance called them for the first time, they said that it will take 90 days to ship this case as soon as they get. Fortunately, it didnt happen. What about you? Did they get your package? Did you call them? You should, eventually you will get some information from them.
