I'd like to know if any of you have done/are doing the waiver process with your K3 .. I am waiting for my interview in CDJ and I want to know what the differences are between the waiver process with a I-130 and the process with the K3 .. I can't seem to find many people who have done it .. any experiences/advice is appreciated.. thanks !!
