called the embassy today and they told me not to wait for packet 3 in the mail. just download it and fax it to us. where do i find packet 3 and what does my girl have to send??? thanks.

Did you get the help you needed because i am confused. Packet 3 when I look is more than the site says. Cover letter, copy of passport, ds-230 part 1 and of-169. My fiance has all of this but packet three from the site says something different?
