Okay, hepefully, and I say hopefully with a light heart, USICS is scheduled to post new processing dates and again I say with a light heart suppose to, anyways, any bets on the new times for K3's ? Will VSC be the same as April showing July 30. 2007 for the month of May or have they gone back another month?
Will they mess with our heads again, changing from April TO May and back again several times?

Well they don't have to mess with my head any more as I am already screwed up enough now from last month.

First of all we should never rely on processing dates...those dates are put to protect them legally and to avoid unecessary calls from senators , congressmen ...etcIn my opinion VSC is very rude , bunch of Sxxxxd people.they donot know what they are doing .ALL are saying or repeating what website says ....like a parrot.I really hate this system inspite of being named as developed country .....and the way US citizens are being treated .

those jobs are much easier like "CHECK MARK JOBS" yes or no giving clearance ...


Yesterday I spoke to senator office all she told me that they will call same number that we call ...we have to go by their processing dates.....etc

1.I donot understand how come CSC is approving both petitions at the same time and faster , they even approved the one who filed on 1/29/08 but VSC does not ??

2 They both fall under one umbrella USCIS ...they should work in the same way and same speed..by not giving excuses wait for 6 months .....for 6 years ...blah blah

3.I hope VSC will improve , work hard to process applications faster by giving some relief to US citizens who are going through painful separation from their loved ones..

LOL!!! though i share the same sentiments dude, but i think PATIENCE is the best medicine for this roller coaster waiting period. To help one another lets keep track and closely monitor the VERMONT's K3 processing times. This is a good THREAD TO START WITH. Goodluck to all of us.

I'll put a fluffy quarter from my practically empty pocket on the table .....
and say I think the new dates will be :

VSC I-129F : January 2002
VSC I-130 : May 2004

I found a dime changing purses, I bet:
VSC: I-129F Ficance' petitons as soon as the hit the mail room
VSC: I-130 K3's and CR-1: When hell freezes over, or when they raise the Tiantic.
Thats what this process feels like, doomed vessel waiting to sink into the dark, freezing waters of the Atlantic.

seriously guys...what the f is going on with these idiots? CSC is popping out approvals like no tomorrow and VSC is sitting on their butts and doing nothing? or are they still busy servicing the H-1 visa holders?

whatever the case, they better catch up to CSC, because Californians are making Vermontians look like bunch of monkeys. Pity they both exist under the same umbrella.
