The end is near for the way we currently conduct our lives, our lifestyles, but hopefully it won't be a total shocker...How many of us had a cell phone a decade ago?

I do believe in the prophecies, but I am not sure how close to the end of the "End Times" we are yet. I think pretty close, but people have been thinking that for a couple thousand years now. And maybe the past couple thousand years actually have all been part of the End Times, biblically speaking.

Humans don't cause earthquakes unless I am missing something? So not everything bad that happens is caused by man being irresponsible. Some things will happen no matter what. Even if we are the most "green" environment friendly people possible, certain things are still going to happen. Can recycling stop earthquakes? Or reducing green house gases stop cruelty in the world? Do we really think there wouldn't be big hurricanes if there was no pollution? Will everyone agree to be peaceful and stop fighting wars all over the world if our carbon footprints shrink?
I don't think so. Our world would still have too many problems even if nothing was wrong with the environment. So maybe there is something else going on.

I do agree we should be responsible, but I don't agree that it's the only problem going on.
