Thirds_Jen!!!! I got a touch whoooo hoooo (perhaps they linked it to my I129f app) but it's a touch!!!! I am going home to check my mail box to see if indeed it was the I 129f. go baby go! 
Hello fellow May filers! We filed for expedite last Friday (June 13) We are hoping for approval. Keeping my fingers crossed. they said we will hear from them after five days. My husband is in the army and due to deploy early next year.

They updated the USCIS site with the processing dates! The weird thing is that they say that the dates they are approving now is Dec 18. I have heard so many people here being approved. Well I am talking about the CSC for the I129F and I130s. No new touches or words for me yet though. I check several times a day for updates.

OK from my understanding... (note I have only my NAO1) we are to wait for our NOA2 for either one... if I130 gets faster than we should go with the CR1 and should let it proceed we need both I129f and I130 if we're going to go K3. Before you decide wait and see what happens with your approval notices.
Congrats on getting your NOA1s now we wait unless we get an RFE than we do what it says but waiting is the name of the game now.

NO!!!!!!! You never tell them you are abandoning anything. You just ignore the other one. Or, as I am doing, I am proceeding with both. I am trying to get my I-130 through the NVC before my date comes up for my K3 interview.

I CALLED THE VSC AND SPOKE TO AN OFFICER AND TOLD THEM THAT ITS BEEN ABOUT 45 DAYS SINCE I SENT IT... AND LIKE THE DUMBASSES THAT THEY ARE THEY ACTUALLY DID SOME WORK AND LOOKED ON A COMPUTER (WOW!) AND THEY EASILY FOUND MY PETITION BY SEARCHING FOR MY BENEFICIARY'S LAST NAME AND FIRST NAME THEN THEY VERIFIED MY INFO AND THEY TOLD ME THE EAC#... I THEN GOT ONLINE ADDED IT TO MY USCIS PORTFOLIO AND VOILA... IT WORKED. (i did the whole online thing with the officer on the phone) THEN SHE APOLOGIZED SAYING THAT "IT MUST'VE BEEN LOST IN THE MAIL" BULL!

i hope you have your NOA1 by now. if not, please do not rely on the online thing..sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. If you do not have a NOA please get on their @$$es and get it. its good to have a proof.

Don't say that!!! lol... that is the last thing any of us could handle right now! I am missing my hubby like crazy! I am being patient while we wait, but man, I miss him! And I hear you about the touches, that would be awesome! I would love to know what is happening.

And I know there is a 5th one too! I just can't find it at the moment. It looks like a lot of us are wanting to keep in contact with eachother. I am a May 2008 filer for both I130 and I129F.

what are the NOTICE DATES on your I-130 and I-129F? .. that is your NAO1. that is the date the service center received your petition...
i put you in the tracker but only based on the dates you posted in here.. will correct when you post the notice dates...
we all want our spouses here as fast as possible, but going through immigration is a pain in our behind.. welcome to the

club.. The notice date on the 1-130 is 04/07/2008 and that on the I-29F is 05/05/200. Thanks again! Hopefully the data on this website is accuarate within a month, so that means hopefully they can get to ours as soon as possible! (hopefully this summer!)
We got a touch on our I-129F yesterday!! But who knows if that really even means anything or not.

Thats a good development choochoo. As for us they still haven't touched ouf file. We filed for expedite a couple of weeks ago and haven't heard anything from them. We are waiting for our daughter's I130 NOA1 and will call his senators and ask for help. He'll be leaving for deployment soon. Good luck to us all

Hi guys! We finally got a touch! They sent us an email telling us where to fax our expedite papers. Wish us luck! 
You know we got another touch yesterday. I hope you are right that it might just be an approval. All yesterday morning i kept checking uscis website because I had a feeling it would be touched again and finally when i checked in the afternoon again, sure enough it was touched!
I woke up this morning excited and nervous... it's now over 30 days from our I130 approval.. the only "touch" was to link our I129F with it.... I worry we'll get an RFE or something... I don't know what's going on with me but I feel something for us all is going to start happening. Good luck all and Choo Chooo sounds like good stuff happening. Thirds_jen I saw the approval she got it soooo fast I am so happy for her

That is great news! It is also nice to see new people approved. Looking at the detailed NOA1/NOA2 spreadsheet that jim and Carol made... it looks like 7 people from VJ at CSC were got the NOA2 approval in June and 10 had their approvals in June from VSC... so far. For me that is encouraging to see fellow people gettting them approved. I was hoping I would be one of those super quick ones, but it's been at least 30 days. I got my NOA1 for the I129F on May 30 and Monday is June 30, so it will be 31 days as of then! Hang in there everyone! Our day will come!

yeah we're at the CSC and I am watching it like a hawk... what else am I going to do lol. And my I 130 was over 30 days I won't get my hopes up until Aug or sept.. for a NAO2 and will be estatic if it's sooner
