Good Morning everyone. Its sunny outside today i am so excited i have not seen the sun in like 5 days. I am slowly getting better but still conjested, and i can't taste, or smell anything Oh well i am sure it still will be a good day. Im off to taking my daughter to school then to work for me. Happy Tuesday everybody! I know the feeling of the genie in the bottle! But I will say my house husband (thats our joke in our home) had the house all cleaned up yesterday, cleaned out the shed and mowed the grass so I guess that was all three of my wishes used up in one day.

Melinda..I hope Mohamed feels better.

I am praying for everybody who is waiting on their visas. I know this time can be hard but it is all worth it in the end.

WE took Amir for his 1st year check up last week.The doctor said can he say words I said yes ! She asked how many I said about 5 or 6 .She said thats alot! Well last night we was at the store and I gave him a cracker and he said thank you and then he said it in arabic we couldnt believe it !He says grandfather in arabic also ! Wait until I go back to the doctor and tell her all this about our Egyptian Prince!

My baby said SQUASH and garlic so I ate 7 spaghetti squash two cloves of garlic and one large onion..oh i am still i pregnant oooops

This is a peculiar morning as I sit here and swill my coffee. I am feeling the heaviness of other people's burdens. It feels like a huge piece of concrete sitting on my chest. Why is this happening to me? What does God want to reveal ?
I will go make my sacrifice offering this morning. If for nothing else, may I stay in F.O.G. ( Favour of God ).
And if that makes me appear Sanctimonious,....Good! More blessings for me! YAY!!!

Good morning everyone! Spent the weekend in DC with friends...had lots of fun but too bad it was raining like craaazy the entire time! We went to the farmers market, made lunch, watched movies, made cards, played with her sweet baby, walked around old town Alexandria, Virginia the few hours it didn't rain(gorgeous!), and ate crabcakes! Yummy! Now I'm back in NYC for my last days here before I head back to LA and we head up to SF and Napa Valley for a wedding and a food/wine tour! Whoop whoop!
I love travel! But I do look forward to getting home and cuddling with my kitties a bit too!

Sunday I went to the beach with my husband and was just floating in the water with him. He looked at me and said "isn't love great"

Here in S. Florida, if there isn't strong winds or a storm on the horizon, the water is VERY calm and you walk out really far and just float. It's really nice

I love my husband so much too ! All our mena men are wonderful !!!!! I thank allah every day for giving me a wonderful husband and father for my children!! !!I love being spoiled so much!!

Is she cutting teeth? I used to give my girls a little baby tylenol to calm them down when they were cutting the harder teeth. Also I'd keep a stock of some wet facecloths in the freezer and let her chew on them. Hope things settle down soon!




It's just amazing. I used to hate people who posted mushy stuff but that's because I was so miserable and sad and missing him so much and didn't want to think about how much I loved him but OMG he is incredible!! Even with his stepdaughters he is incredible! My oldest told me the other day that she really wanted him to go with her to the father/daughter dance coming up but she won't ask him because she doesn't want to hurt her real father's feelings. All her friends want him to go too. I have to fight for time with him at night!

Thats so cute! My children love Mohamed also!

Today is a great day. I didn't get much sleep because I got our NOA2 yesterday. I'm on cloud nine. Now we're just waiting for the last few steps. I'm so excited.

And I'm at work too early because I have to train people from 8:30 to 5:50 today. I only had about 6 hours of sleep and I'm still sick. I hope this day flies by.

hi all. I really hope you all have a great tuesday. as for me im counting down the few hours until i have to be at the hospital for our repeat testing.

i just cant grasp the fact that in 16 full days at most i will be holding my new son. so crazy to think this time has passed as it has, but i am so looking forward to it!

ok time to go get ready and make time pass quicker.
