My fiance recently received the packet 3 forms he must complete and return to the embassy in Spain.
A question: Must he fill out each form by hand? Or is there a way I can download the PDF versions here in the US, complete them online, print them and mail them back to him?
I would feel much more comfortable about this step of the process if my fiance provides me with the information, and I do the actual preparation of forms. Of course, I would like to be absolutely certain that if I can complete downloadable PDF versions, those PDF versions are an exact match to the forms sent by the embassy. (I understand that some of the forms the embassy provides have barcodes, which I assume implies that downloadable PDF's could not be submitted in their place.)
I would greatly appreciate any insight/ feedback anyone may have.
