we can no longer call delbros for visa inquiries...

i just called them today and said..

they no longer entertain visa inquiries thru phone..

and that u can just txt 09176221949 for all visa inquiries..




ps: maybe they got tired of peeps callin them..

robbie is in charge of document verification payment info and redrose is in charge for visa delivery info and NONE in delbros is in charnge of visa inquiry

and that 09176221949, based on my own experience, i texted that number for like a million times and even after having my visa in my hands, the text would still say, your papers are still being processed at the embassy but u can always try your luck coz isometimes it works

That's good SJ. I will also call DELBROS this afternoon (specifically Robbie) to re-confirm my doc verification if they have already forwarded it to NSO. Hope they will still accept calls inquiring doc verification.

Yeah I noticed that they didn't want us calling about delivery status because when you pay delbros the visa delivery fee in the embassy the phone number is crossed out with black marker. Also, their phone number isn't listed on their website anymore. When we were first waiting for visa we always called the embassy and asked for delbros and they always gave us info. Except one time they said that its already out for delivery. We called the main office to see if we could pick it up or if they could deliver it early since we left the next day, but when we asked delivery status they said to call the embassy.

It is best to call delbros department in the embassy. Just call the embassy, press zero, and ask for delbros.

back then they told me to wait 1 up to 2weeks and they did delivered within 2weeks. i don't think they'll quit accepting calls we do needed to get in touch with them for important matter they have to put up with crapness or they have to do something to prevent unnecessary inquiry.

while you're waiting for document verification/visa enjoy your time with your friends and families. you'll misses Phils. para di ka mag ka ma frustrated sa systema natin dyan.

That's right. You can't call the Delbros anymore for inquiring your Visa status. They just want us to text in their Hotline.
