So today I came home and got another letter from the INS... saying:

This is to advice you that, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel the priviously scheduled interview on
Tuesday, July 01, 2008 for the above applicant. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

We will advise you of any further action taken on this case, including any rescheduled interview information under a separate notice !!!!!!!


I guess I was to excited .. what does this suppose to mean ?
Should I call and ask ?
Has anybody every received such a letter... ?

I am sorry they cancelled your interview...as a matter of fact user kshoney received a letter like this awhile ago, you can find their posts in the july filer thread of this forum here (page 4 post #124 and # 154). Appearently they received a new date very soon, so give it some time and see if you get something fast as well as they did. If not you can always schedule an Infopass and find out what's what...it seems to be something that happens though.

Well thanks for the info.. I just hope there were not other reasons behind why it got cancelled.
Hopefully I get a new appointment soon...

maybe they will reschedule it for an earlier date!! i hope you get the new appt. soon.

So I got another letter today.
Intview rescheduled for July 1st 10:30 am - which is the same date then the first letter.. lol
