Just was curious if anyone knows anything about stress and fiancial hardships becaz of delays by Vermont. My lawyer asked me to give him a letter about my stress and financial hardships maintaining 2 households. I think that won't work because they do not care. I think it is just a delaying tactic for my lawyer to show he is doing his job. I think Iwill short pay him. He has only asked for patience from me. I will ask him for patience for my payment to him.

I will let you know, thats what I did and sent to my Senator, along with physical stress causing weight loss. And also maybe having to give up this persuit and move to ALgeria, where it is open season on Americans, travel warning urded Americans to stay of Algeria. So personal safety was also added to the letter, along with concern for safety of my husband if he returns there. Plus financial of 2 households.
Give it a shot, give letter to lawyer. Its a shame we as Americans have to wait and wait to bring our loved ones here, while work visas are handed out like candy for foreign nationals, and they bring every family member, wife, kids, in laws. 4th cousin removed.
