Hello All -

We got our NOA 2 today and I noticed on the I-134 that the expiration date is 4/07. I googled the form and even on the USCIS website the newest form still has an April 07 expiration date. Has anyone found a newer form or is this that one that should be used?

First of all, congrratulations on your NOA2!! kicking.gif kicking.gif
About the forms, always check the ones from the uscis website. They are the "newest ones".
I don't know if "exp" means expired, I just think the date shows when that form was updated last.
So, if the forms you googled have the date date as the one on uscis, you should be just fine! star_smile.gif
