I am not sure if I have to take it to the interview... Anybody knows the answer? thank u

The answer is typically NO, as no one at the consulate is "qualified" to read it... The same goes for the POE.

There have been only 1 or 2 people that I recall that ever reported being asked for it ... Thus one cannot say with 100% certainty, thus typically. I would look at the consulates required document checklist and if they are silent then do not worry about it.

My fiancee brought hers but was only asked for the sealed medical info not the X-Rays

my husband took his just in case but was not asked for it...
