Wondering which of the two I need. My income is decent enough to be significantly above poverty/125% of poverty line. Would you guys recommend using income alone and not mentioning bank accounts? If so, would I be able to just file an I-864EZ?

I was wondering what tax stuff I need to send in ... I've read everything from the full return for one year to as many as three years. I know with the I-134 you don't even need to send a return, it could just be transcripts from the IRS...

So the question is -- How many years of FULL returns do I send in? How many years of TRANSCRIPTS? How many years of W-2s - and are these copies?

I have 8 pay stubs which should suffice for that portion of the requirement (printed off of our employee access site).

Unfortunately, on an unrelated note, my process will slow down by about a week or two as my wife apparently will have to get a brand new passport with her married name (they don't just add an ammendment page or something, as I'd hoped).

Hoping to send out everything I need to send to NVC by June 10!

You can use I-864EZ. Asset section can be left blank. But I sent I-864.

I sent only 2007,2006,2005 IRS tax transcripts. No 1040 and W-2, but it is upto you.

I sent all 2008 paystubs - photocopies.

Don't forget original employment letter too !

Loto - no problems with what you sent in? Can you be sure, based on the fact that the IV bill was generated that they are past the point that there will be an RFE or any problems with the AOS? Is that how it works (once you get past that point, you're free and clear for that part...)????

Right now I have:

3 years (actually 4 but I'll send 3) of tax TRANSCRIPTS
My 2007 Full Return (I can print more out from Turbotax or my computer I guess if needed)
Official employment letter
Pay Stubs from Feb '08 onwards (I can get the other two for Jan if needed)
3 years of W-2 forms from my work website (the '05 one, though, looks less "official" and says "not to be used for tax purposes" unlike the 06 and 07)

I think that's enough (what I already have) but it's a hodgepodge of separate things, what do you guys think? My income is around 60K so I should probably avoid using anything other than the I-864EZ and probably will not provide bank letters or anything else ... I don't want to complicate matters for them and give them reason to pick apart my application!
