For k3 visas (I-130 & I-129F) do they both need to get approved inorder to get the visa or only one approved is enough to get the visa.
Any comments will be higly appreciate

if I am not mistaken, eventually you will need the I-130 approved so you can adjust status if arrived on K-3

Out of curiosity, does anyone know if an I-130 approval is needed before one can apply for adjustment of status? Or is a pending I-130 enough?

Pending I-130 is enough but it must be approved before the AOS process can complete.
