hello vjfriend!!! i tried to call the usem today but i could get through the same with the delbros ..is there anyone can tell me how they contact them ?this is how i dialed the usem number 3012000!!!is that right? what is the exact number to call? do i need to put any code?

if youre calling from abroad, u have to include 011 632, if youre calling from the province, just include 632.

from abroad calling usem: 011 632 3012000 then 7 then 5184 or 5185 followed by # key. then if machine operator picks up hit zero so u wont need to dial again.

calling delbros from abroad 011 632 3392761 then ask for local 104 (for document verification INQUIRY- person-in-charge is ROBBIE) but ask for local 127 or 118 (for visa delivery inquiry- person-in-charge is REDROSE)

***and same goes with calling from outside manila, just disregard the 011
