hi everyone on vj, we r filling our petition during this week and we wondered wt we shall put on the mailling envelope besides the chigaco po box address, some people told us we need to put a return address , some people said we need to put our names and that it is a I-130 package, it is kind of messy so plz help us, thank u for much in advance, we r so lucky to be a part of this wonderful family, pray for us , hope we hear good news from all of u soon

as for what we did ., my husband DID NOT put return address and it all went good,., but if you are hesitant ., putting a return address won't hurt

Hey there. It is always good to put return address just like any other mail sent coz if anything happens and the post needs to return it you dont want it lost in the un-returnable neatherworld of the USPS coz you may be sitting around for months waiting for your NOA1 to come when your I-130 has never even been recieved.I sent my packet cetified with return receipt but I never got the receipt I just got our NOA1 in the mail, no receipt from USPS. I did write "Original Submit of I-130" at the top of the manila envelope between the return address and where the postage paid stamp will go and on the back flap where the envelope seals. When I sent our I-129f I just did the same thing to indicate "I-129f for K-3 Visa". Good Luck!!!
