Hi Fellows,

I received my NOA1 few weeks back. Hopefully everything is going great there. I am just confused about the Affidavit of support forum.
I am making very good income this year, but I am claiming two of my younger siblings. So what I am thining is have my fiancee sponsored
by someone I know has lots of property and bank balance rather than myself. I can probebly make it with my income but dont want to take
any chances. what do you fellows suggest?? and if there was anyway you could show me a sample of AOS forum already been done please??
Your help will be greatly appriciated. Thanks in advance. Respects!!

If you make enough to sponsor your fiancee then you do not need a cosponsor. There are poverty guidelines here. The guidelines tell you the minimum you need to make in order to sponsor your finacee. If you meet the requirements on income alone there is no need to provide any infromation on property/assets/bank balance etc. You only need to provide that information if you need it to take you up to the poverty level.

Even if you decide to get a cosponsor you will still have to fill out an I-134 as well since you are the primary sponsor.

Remember, you don't want to load the CO with more than you need.

Sample I-134 here: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf
