i was wondering when filing for the removal of status..the I-751. do we send passport pics of each of us?
my husband is the one with the green card and I am the us citizen...but because we are filing jointly?
in the application it is worded strage...

no, you don't need to send in any passport pics.... your husband's pics will be taken at the biometric appointment....

passport photos are only included if the US spouse is in the military and the couple are stationed outside of the US. Photographs and fingerprints are taken at a biometrics appointment at either an ASC or a USCIS office for applicants physically present within the US.
