when i came here on k-3 my uncle give me affidavit of support I-134....

now if i submit adjustment of status i have to submit I-864... but now my uncle is retired he can't give me affidavit and my wife just start working n she never file tax before....this year she is gonna file a tax besides these my wife does not make alot of money....again we have to find another person who can support or co-sponsor...similarly i just start wroking now can i submit mine and my wife pay stub toghter to supppot my case or we have to wait for until next year tax return???? need help again from all you who read this...

The sponsor will need to prove a minimum of a 125% of poverty level. The sponsor can be your wife, uncle, or another willing citizen.
