http://www.usembassy.org.uk/cons_new/visa/...ccinechart.htmlFor most people on here (i.e. 19-49 years old), there are generally only two needed -- the Tdap and the MMR. Chicken pox vaccination is also required, but since the vaccine is not available in the UK, you can't have it. However, if you have had chicken pox, the doctors at Knightsbridge will take your word for it. You can have the vaccines done now, in a month, whenever -- you just need to have proof with you when you go to the medical. Usually, they'll either give you a printout at the GPs or a little booklet. If you're older than 49, have a look at the charts to see if there's anything else you need.
You do not need to produce medical records at the visa medical. The only exception is if you have had a major medical incident in the past, or if you suffer/have suffered from mental illness. In these cases you will need a letter from your GP or specialist explaining what the course of treatment was, the outcome and your prognosis.
Edited to add: I noticed you're a male beneficiary, so I didn't mention anything about the HPV vaccine, which is for women only.
