... we didnt receive the AOS bill yet (and they sent to us on 04/28, 2 weeks ago!!!), my husband dont want to pay the bill online... he try to call NVC but it is impossible to talk with a person... they accept my agent (i sent an email - because we didnt receive the form either... it is normal to take that long to receive the bill?

Why won´t he pay online? It will be so much faster.

Online payment works, we paid, and print the barcode cover sheet on the same day. Save lots of time. We have not got any email from NVC so far .

For us also it took close to two weeks. It also depends on where you live in US. Usual mail standard . So look forward you should get it anytime soon. We are also like you, didn't take the online route as this is not officially announced . Lets trust our instincts

and he told me that he cant pay with personal check because NVC want a check from bank... i didn't understand what check they want...

they already generate my visa bill so... we hope that this one will not take to long to get it...

your husband needs to pay through money order or pay order from bank, he needs to go to his bank and give them cheque or money to issue money order.

but my major concern is why dont you pay your both bills online, as this is practical.

Step 1. First you need to get IIN number from NVC operator,make sure you call them after 4:30 eastern time.

Step 2. After getting IIN goto this webisite https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx and fill required information.

Step 3. select payment and click on selected pay selected fees. on next page give bank account number and routing number, click pay and you are done.

after that you will see the status "In Process" which will be change into "paid" in next few days and then you can send I-864 package.
