hi all just want to ask ..i email NVC last 5 days ago asking if our case is complete but til no reply from them? do they reply or prefer to call?

Hi bobwindy!! It took 8 days for us to receive response from NVC. Did your husband called NVC? I would suggest call the operator representative to lessen up your worries.

u have to count business day at least from the last response you made ,, yeah evilgurl is right aside from the email ( for hardcopy) i talked with jenny one of the nvc operator to verify.. best time to call is 8pm and 10 mins before the office closes if i can remember 603-3340700 (1,and 5)eveytime there is a recorded message just press #

Everytime I emailed them it took 5 business days for me to receive a response from them.
