the interview date is about to come to many things/questions running in my head? i wanted to ask does having co-sponsor denies entry to US, i wonder because my husband is 22 years old ( student/part time working student and does not have sufficient tax and) though our i864 is approved since father has $54,000/yearly income and he is my co-sponsor on this process (cr1).. what does consulate ask since during interview about financial? and should i tell them that he is staying here at the mean time since he havent paid the overstaying fee from immigration and im the one working for him so i can get him out? ( and w.o the exit clearance US embassy cant finished the crba process to for my daughter) any help or assistance is highly appreciated.

he he. Jonah, dont worry about the intervew too much. You're fine. Do not lie on the interview but dont tell them information that they did not ask. Jut answer truthfully what they ask you. Having a co-sponsor is perfectly fine. a co-sponsor is not cause for denial.

The over-staying on your husband's part together with the CRBA process is the one that Im not sure about. If you just pay it, Im sure the problem goes away.

I have a friend who was co-sponsored by her fiance's parents because the guy is unemployed at the time their petition got approved. She's now in the US. You'll be ok. Don't worry about it smile.gif Good luck on your upcoming interview. God Bless.

Co - Sponsor is common among Visa request.

Not a problem as long as the co-sponsor meet income requirements.
