Yes. Once you have your visa you can select any state as your point of entry.

thanks for sharing, im just scared because i am not going yet to my husbands place not until we settle the dues and fees with the immigration here i wonder how much do i need to pay just imagine if its PHP4-6000 monthly (oct 2006- to this year) whoah do the MATH PHP150k or even more ..
