Unfortunately I am a Sept 7, 2007 filer of K-1 visa that has still not gotten approval. They received my response to an RFE on April 23rd. Now telling me to wait another 60 days. My lawyer is useless also. Any suggestions from anyone? Does anyone know if it will take 60 days? Hear sometimes it is in two weeks but with my luck I do not know. Did not even get the RFE until April 7 months after filing and the day after I called about being beyond the 6 month processing time. HELP
