My husband is PCS overseas, we just got married and he is leaving in a month back to US. Can we apply DCF since he is stationed here for 11 months now?

Any input would help. Thank you.

You might get more of a responce if people has some idea of where "here" is. I suppose there are some that know what PCS is but I dont.
Good luck.

You would first have to find out if the consulate does DCF. Then ask about expedite processing for members of the armed forces.
Which is your consulate? Have you contacted them?
