What package you're talking about??? If it's I-130 or I-129F I made it to : Department of Homeland Security

do you mean the cheque/money order??.....if so then you make it out to The Department of Homeland Security as Frank said

Yes I am sorry, it is for the I-130. Does that make a difference as to who you have said to make it out to???
