hi i have paid my AOS online, and able to print my cover sheet for AOS also.. now i am waiting for my immigrant visa bill to be invoiced..

it worked out just fine for me, payment cleared in 2 days, and taken out from my account.. no problems here

Hi Roza, I paid my AOS fee's as well and just waiting on my IV bill to be generated I am hoping by early next week! Seems your process been fast!

You must check on Nvc automated on this monday as they generate their IV bill on monday(assumed)

To get IIN(Invoice Identification Number) preferable is to call after 4:30 Eastern Time.

As you know the online payment system is not officially announced to accept payment and still in experimental phase, Make sure you pay before the session expire as this is SSL, dont know the session time right now but my suggesion is to leave the computer idle.

Anyways, I'm hoping to get my DS-3032 to be accepted by NVC next week(was really hoping yesterday but now I think I'll just have to wait until next Tuseday). I already got my IIN for AOS Fee bill so no problems there. My wife is still in process of getting the documents together for DS-230 so I guess I'm not in that much hurry now.

I wish they just ask for all of this information all at once!! I guess that's still a wishful thinking for NVC....

Just thought I'd chime in ... I paid my AOS fee today and expect the status to change to "PAID" in 2 days - I'll keep checking and keep you guys posted of course

My wife is going to email the NVC today to appoint me as her agent - I've sent her the template from the wiki ...

Let's hope the process goes smooth ... The only hiccups possibly now are my wife having trouble with getting the married name added to her passport or the local police office giving her a headache about whatever proof we have that our case is at the NVC as "not being enough" - my FIL is going to go ask both respective offices/authorities what they need to get the process to move smoothly and QUICKLY ...

I foresee, if all goes smoothly, potentially having submitted everything to NVC by the end of May!

I tried to pay the IV Bill today morning using online system with no luck. I entered all the information and then it comes back with an error while processing that the payment system is not available.

Try to pay after 4:30 pm eastern time and what error you are getting?

yup its more or less the same but not exact like JS..

on my cover sheet from online payment has my case number under the barcode

format is ok...

Yes i guess but for DS-230 the coversheet provided by online system is too diffrent from JSC,JSC is having so many things into it but coversheet by onlne system is more like AOS

Hi loto we recieved the message via email about choice of agent on same date 5/7/08, but I am yet to get my IV bill generated and you have already had it generated and paid, why do you think??

Also I checked the phone message and it says that they recieved my choice of agent on 5/9/08 when in fact they confirmed it on 5/7/08, but I did send in a hard copy via mail as well as the email. Do you think that might have taken me back a few days because of that?

You might make a note on your process sheet, if that is the case.

Nita, emailing and mailing DS-3032 are fine. Which one they first receive will enter into their system and ignore the second. There is no harm in that. Since your case# assigning at NVC was couple of days later than mine could be the reason. Your IV fee bill generation should come today or tomorrow.
