Because I don't know how else I could get my biometrics done. No appointment after 4 months, no answer with info pass or cust serv.
i have the same problem.no bio appt. info pass and calling customer service didn't help. eeven inquiry from senators office didn't help. every one told me same thing. wait 30 days , then contact them again.
we just got bio appt. with response to the inquiry we made 3 weeks ago with customer service.
