hey how is everybody doing??
well my name is meryem,im originally from north africa but i grew up and was raised in germany.I met my husband back in germany 2005 when he was there for visit and since then we a couple heart.gif .We got married july the 3rd 2006 when i was here in the states for visit.What can i say my baby suprised me on his knees and i couldnt resist... laughing.gif
anyways...since then we struggeling with the immigrations.Im glad i found this forum and letting everybody know that i have alots of questions (so yall can get ready for me)... laughing.gif
anyways this suposse to be a interdruction of me and im taking this way to far. wink.gif
im 25 my hubby is 27.He is originally from AL but we live here in Columbus,GA.

thank u very much...me and my husband done started our journey april 2007.We got us a lawyer that cost us a bunch of money who filed all the papers we needed and send everything of.here is what confuses me.Me and my husband had last year the interview and i got a resident card that expires 2008 i done did the biometrics and i already have my workerlicense wich gona expires this year.My question is how come it says on the I-751 that that i would have to pay 465$ plus 80$ for the biometrics...how come i gotta do the biometrics again when i done already did it last year??i mean my fingerprints aint changed as far i know whistling.gif .Next question i have my lawyer says we gotta file I-751 90 days before my resident card expires wich would b next year...but the lady on the interview said that me and my husband gotta file I-751 90 days before me and my husbands second anniversary,wich would b this year july the 3rd...im so confiused please does somebody know the answear??We dont try to do anything wrong since we already been thru so much with the immigration

No idea the answer to your question because I filed DCF and my husband got an IR-1. However, the people in the Removal of Conditions forum here should be able to help.

Hi and welcome to VJ

You have to file for removal of conditions 90 days before the expiration date on your Green Card, and yes you do have to have your fingerprints taken again, because they are not kept on file indefinately.
