Hi,
My boyfriend is sending me all the stuff to get ready for the interview in Madrid. However, I'm having a hard time trying to explain I need:
"a minimum (for the above form) two to three of your most recent pay stubs... You will also probably want to include other evidence such as your banking information and other assets as required by the I-134. Specifically you will need at least 2 of the 4 options mentioned in Section II-Supporting Evidence of the I-134. See this FAQ for more tips and ueful information on the Affidavit of Support Form."
He's sending me the employer letter, but he's not sending me any of the above that's in the guides.
Do I need them? I've been trying to explain to him. Also, he says he also needs to be interviewed in the consulate, but I don't think so, right?
Ugh... I'm so desperate right now.
Thanks!

Right...tell him to send you exactly what is required and not to take the embassy stage too lightly. Good luck!

Providing pay stubs (unless self employed) should be a simple one. Banking and other asset information might only be provided if there is a shortfall in the income side of the equation.
Many K-1 applicants go to the interview alone. Some consulates go as far as to not allow the USC into the interview area. There simply is no requirement for the USC to be interviewed...

Your fiance does not need to be at the K-1 interview. I did not go to my fiance's interview and he was approved for the K1 visa, no problem. It is not a requirement! That said, I do think it shows very strong evidence of a relationship if he does go, so, if you are concerned at all that you lack sufficient evidence of a relationship and/or it is not too inconveinant for him to go then it will only make it that much easier.
About the financial evidence......have him get all that they are asking for. It is not very hard to get bank statements and ask his HR department for recent pay stubs. At the interview stage they may never even ask to look at all this stuff but they do require it and you should have all bases covered.
Good luck to you!!!
